Bath – Add 5-10 drops into a teaspoon of carrier oil. Add to warm bath water.
Massage – Add 1-2 drops into a teaspoon of carrier oil and massage until oil is full absorbed.
Inhalation – Add 5 drops into a bowl of hot, steaming water. Place a towel over your head and deeply inhale the vapors for a few minutes.
Home Sprays – Add 10 drops or more into a spray bottle of water. Shake well and spray liberally. Can also be used as a linen spray.
